- Orders are confirmed only after the required 50% deposit has been received.
- Orders are processed and prepared within 5-7 working days before shipping.
- Exchange is available for another available size within 3 days of receiving the order, provided the item is returned in its original condition.
- Refunds are only accepted for items with a manufacturing defect or damage reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Hayah Hijab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
