Exchanges and Refunds

At Hayah Hijab, we are committed to providing products of the highest quality.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for another available size within 3 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds are only accepted if the item is received with a manufacturing defect or damage. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos for review.

  • Exchanges are subject to size availability.
  • Shipping fees for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
